What Do We Do?
Iron Code specializes in a wide variety of industrial machinery automation, integrated controls and VFD packages, and HMI's.
Primarily focusing on the high-speed lumber industry, Iron Code's staff of experienced qualified service professionals offer controls and drive packages and start-up services to ensure the success of every project.
Iron Code will provide help in the design of your system, information during the project development process, quick equipment start-ups, and long term support after the project is complete.
Controls Packages
We design custom control systems using Allen Bradley PLCs, providing documentation including I/O lists, complete drawing sets and user manuals.
Any system small or large, requiring simple or complex controls, can be designed to suit your needs.
Drive Packages
We supply Allen Bradley drive packages. Standard VFD packages can be of the various Allen Bradley platforms and product lines.
Where required, drive bundles can be supplied for CIP motion or servo control applications.
HMI Solutions
Custom HMI solutions on platforms like FactoryTalk View SE/ME and iPad Machine Control.
Vision Systems
Experience with the more popular vision systems on the market including IFM sensors, Gocator 3D cameras, and Cognex cameras.
Stick Scanners
We provide an industry leading 3D stick scanning technology to maximize stacker uptime. Includes a reporting system.
Configurable detection of most common faults including crook, bow, snipe, length, and width variation.
Remove only the sticks that will cause issues to maximize uptime and minimize waste.

PLC & HMI Software
Allen Bradley ControlLogix for PLCs and FactoryTalk View for HMI systems.
Technical Design
Experience with AutoCAD or similar software for electrical and mechanical drawings.
Qualifications
Applicants should be a Technician, Technologist, Engineer, or EIT.
Location
Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to Kamloops.
